Booking Policy
Our priority is to consistently give every client a seamless experience. Help us by complying with our policies. All appointments must be booked online.
Please ensure that your booking profile includes an active email address, as clients receive a confirmation email after scheduling their appointments. While text reminders are optional, we highly encourage them.
By making a reservation, you authorize us to charge your card the full amount of the scheduled service if you miss your appointment or arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. If your card is charged due to noncompliance with this policy and the payment is declined, your profile will be locked from making future appointments until the outstanding balance is settled.

Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Please use the confirmation email you receive immediately after booking to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you paid a deposit at the time of booking, please text or call the front desk to reschedule in order to avoid an additional deposit. Deposits can only be credited toward future services if cancellations or rescheduling are made with at least 48 hours' notice.
